Falcon Plastic Surgery is a family-owned practice dedicated to accessible, approachable plastic surgery. Our friendly staff is ready to assist you with any questions or needs you may have, and we take pride in our modern, state-of-the art facilities including our in-house surgery center.
Falcon Plastic Surgery History
Dr. Joseph R. Falcon Jr. first purchased and dedicated Falcon Plastic Surgery in 1993. In 1997, the surgery center addition was added. Dr. Joseph kept busy with a large practice and worked with several hospitals in facial and hand trauma. He was the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Forbes Hospital for many years before retiring in 2016. Dr. Joseph’s sister, Michele Falcon served as his chief Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for many years.
In 2017, Dr. Christopher Falcon purchased the practice from his father.
Dr. Falcon’s wife, Christine, joined the practice in 2015 and functions as the Practice Manager. Christine has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner. Christine is passionate about organic skin care and is often found giving advice to patients regarding skin care regimen.
Accessibility
Our office is handicap accessible and can accommodate deaf or hard-of-hearing patients. Patients can use our dedicated parking lot when visiting Falcon Plastic Surgery. If you have any other accessibility needs, feel free to contact our staff with questions or requests.
About Our Facilities
In addition to our in-house surgery center, our facilities have undergone several updates in recent years to ensure our staff keeps up with cutting-edge technology and the best possible care. In 2017, Falcon Plastic Surgery became the first private practice to obtain EPIC Community Connect electronic health records system from the Allegheny Health Network. This included new technology upgrades for our computers, phone systems, and more. The building has received several updates including new heating and air conditioning and fire alarm systems, and an interior and exterior renovation is underway.
In March 2017, our Monroeville office moved to a new space in the Medical Arts Building. The Monroeville office features a convenient location and new renovations that our patients and staff have enjoyed.
In 2022, Dr. Falcon began performing surgeries at AHN Wexford Hospital.
